Vealo Workshop rules
Short rules for everyone who publishes setups, and what the age rating means.
What you can publish
- Publish only your own images or images you are allowed to share.
- No ads, sales links or personal data.
- The preview must show what is inside the setup.
- Mark adult content honestly. Steam hides or removes setups with a wrong rating.
- All characters in revealing setups must look adult. Any sexualization of minors is strictly forbidden.
- Real violence and illegal content are forbidden.
Age rating
When you publish, you pick two things. Anything above «None» makes the setup 18+: its Steam preview is blurred, and only people who enabled adult content in Steam settings can see it.
Revealing content
Nothing revealing.
Swimsuit, lingerie, revealing clothes, emphasized curves.
Bare breasts or buttocks, no sexual acts.
Sexual acts. Adult characters only.
Violence
No blood or violence.
Cartoon or fake blood, fights, weapons in use. Real violence is forbidden.
An 18+ setup goes to Steam with a blurred preview. It appears in the Workshop after Steam's check, from a few minutes to a few hours. Vealo adds the 18+ labels itself.
Steam Workshop agreement
Steam asks every author to accept the Steam Workshop agreement once. Until it is accepted, published setups stay hidden. If Steam asks for it, Vealo shows a button that opens the agreement.
